Preventing Workplace Harassment and Discrimination in Delaware equips employees and supervisors with practical tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to inappropriate workplace behavior.
Through interactive scenarios grounded in real workplace situations, learners explore how harassment, discrimination, and retaliation can occur—and how to address concerns safely and appropriately. The course reinforces respectful conduct, accountability, and awareness of legal obligations under Delaware law.
This is not check-the-box compliance training. It is practical, behavior-driven learning designed to reduce risk and strengthen workplace culture.
Most harassment prevention training explains rules and legal definitions but does not prepare employees for the complexity of real workplace interactions.
Preventing Workplace Harassment and Discrimination in Delaware uses scenario-based learning to help employees recognize early warning signs, respond appropriately to concerns, and understand how behavior impacts others in the workplace.
The result is a workforce better equipped to prevent issues before they escalate and contribute to a safer, more respectful environment. This reduces risk while strengthening everyday decision-making across the organization.

Compliant with Delaware DDEA HB 360
The DDEA HB 360 requires employers with 50 or more employees to provide interactive sexual harassment prevention training. Employees must complete training within one year of hire and every two years thereafter.
