Microaggressions can be intentional but are often committed unknowingly by well-intentioned people Microaggressions may be small acts, but they can have a Macro impact over time. This course helps learners to recognize behaviors that are considered microaggressions and offers an opportunity for playing out practical and effective strategies for responding.
