Job Description – Learning Management System Administrator                                      

At SHIFT HR Compliance Training, we are creating impactful e-learning training courses that help learners gain essential knowledge necessary to contribute positively to their organization’s culture. Our products are sophisticated, forward-thinking and supported by a dynamic group eager to provide clients with the best online training programs and attentive customer service.

The Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for the overall success of new client implementations on SHIFT’s LMS.  This includes, but is not limited to, performing workflow and project analysis, working closely with clients, vendors and Client Development Managers to coordinate project implementation activities, assist clients with set-up decisions based on product knowledge, organizing and conducting regular workgroup meetings throughout implementation, and serving as lead in all client training sessions on product features. In addition, the Learning Management System Administrator helps facilitate a smooth implementation of SHIFT course software files on client’s LMS.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Leads the Implementation and Customer Success teams in the development and monitoring of implementation project plans in accordance with contract agreements to meet client expectations
  • Participates in kick-off meetings with clients to review expectations and assist in implementation project plan with milestones and deliverables
  • Works closely with the client and internal team in all aspects of implementation project plan
  • Proactively manages existing client progress on SHIFT’s LMS
  • Anticipates potential issues for client implementations on SHIFT or client LMS
  • Manages LMS enhancements and works with vendors to implement new development tools
  • Utilizes SHIFT’s Ticketing System to track and provide low level tech support to learners on SHIFT’s LMS
  • Communicates project status and disseminates project information to clients, implementation team members and Client Development team on a regular basis
  • Communicates client concerns and future needs to Client Development Managers
  • Assist with day to day course/LMS maintenance for SHIFT’s LMS

Job Description – Marketing Intern

SHIFT is looking for a motivated and savvy individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. As the Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in many marketing and social media projects.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Manage social media accounts including content creation and implementation of social media content calendar
  • Engage with online influencers and thought leaders through social media to gain awareness for the SHIFT brand
  • Assist with research and execution of events, conferences, speaking opportunities, and award submissions
  • Assist in collateral creation, ensure content is kept updated and organized in our database
  • Assist with email marketing and digital marketing programs
  • Conduct research projects including marketing research, competitive analysis and business opportunity research
