Some workplace challenges require real-time discussion, not just self-paced learning.
SHIFT’s offering includes instructor-led training delivered by experienced employment law attorneys, designed to build on your existing compliance and culture programming. These interactive workshops reinforce and extend online learning by providing targeted support where deeper discussion, clarification, and alignment are needed.
The result is a more complete approach to compliance — one that strengthens both understanding and real-world decision-making.
Instructor-led sessions are delivered by employment law attorneys from Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, the firm founded by SHIFT’s co-founders.
These are the same legal experts who shape SHIFT’s training approach, bringing decades of experience advising organizations, handling workplace claims, and guiding real-world decision-making.
