Katherin Nukk-Freeman is Co-Founder and President of SHIFT HR Compliance Training and a founding partner of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C. A practicing employment attorney with more than 30 years of experience, she has spent her career advising employers on complex workplace issues and helping organizations prevent problems before they become costly legal disputes. In 2014, Katherin co-founded SHIFT to bring that same proactive, attorney-led approach to HR compliance training, helping employers strengthen workplace culture, reduce risk, and prepare employees and managers to make better workplace decisions.
