SHIFT is an HR Compliance and Workplace Culture Training company delivering eLearning products to HR departments, executives, management teams, and employees worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented, learner-focused, and collaborative Content Development Coordinator to support the creation and maintenance of high-quality training products.
The Content Development Coordinator plays a critical role in the content lifecycle by supporting research, content creation, documentation, quality assurance, and organization of all instructional materials. The Coordinator helps ensure that SHIFT’s learning products meet industry standards, remain accurate and current, and provide an engaging and meaningful learner experience. This role is based in Chatham, NJ.
