When we think of age discrimination, what typically comes to mind is discrimination against older people in the workplace. The aspect of age discrimination that is not often talked about is reverse ageism, which involves bias from older employees toward their younger co-workers. This bias leads the older employees to overlook their younger coworkers’ feedback and/or distrust them when it comes to important tasks.
