One’s culture not only shows up in their language, religion and dress. It can also influence how a person thinks, communicates and views roles, relationships and concepts like time.

This course will help you build your cultural competence to better understand and communicate with people from different backgrounds, helping to foster a more positive and inclusive environment for everyone.

• providing alternative functionality to complex interactions
