Harassment Training for Non-Supervisory Employees
A positive work environment free from harassment and discrimination is required by law and necessary for the health and continued success of your business. SHIFT’s Preventing Workplace Harassment and Discrimination course engages employees in the development and maintenance of a workplace free from harassment and discrimination based on sex, race, color, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, or any other protected category.
This interactive training provides learners with trending scenarios to account for current real-world workplace issues; images, screen designs, and videos to aid in the learner’s engagement and align with the virtual world we live in; upgraded content design and formatting to further enhance the learning experience. Our course strengthens the learners’ ability to identify, report, and protect themselves against harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace. This ultimately helps companies build and sustain a healthy, safe, and thriving culture.
