1 HOUR Q&A
As you await government orders that will permit your employees (or at least some of your employees) to return to the workplace, there are key steps and many things to consider to formulate a Return-to-Work Plan.
In order to help you get organized for this return-to-work period, SHIFT hosted an hour long Q&A on how to prepare for your employees to return to the workplace, while complying with CDC and OSHA guidelines. The Q&A focused on:
- The best practices for getting your businesses up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible;
- How to ensure your employees feel safe returning to work;
- How to avoid risk of legal exposure by complying with OSHA guidelines and the CDC best practices; and
- Necessary communication to and training of all employees to ensure understanding of their new responsibilities during the COVID-19 Era.
This Q&A was moderated by Karen Byington, SHIFT’s Director of Content Development, and featured Katherin Nukk-Freeman, Esq., SHIFT’s President and Co-Founder, and a special guest, Suzanne Cerra, Esq., who is an employment law attorney and a member of SHIFT's COVID-19 Response Team at Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, PC – a highly ranked employment law firm.
